Relief of muscular pains and stiffness including back and rheumatic pain, sciatica, fibrositis, sprains, and chilblains. Clinical selection for methyl salicylate, menthol, eucalyptus oil, and turpentine oil should follow culture results where relevant, Kenya STG/EML recommendations, and the current product SmPC. Adults and children over 5 years: Massage the affected area BD or TID
Adverse reactions vary by agent. Counsel on common predictable effects and serious warning symptoms (allergy, severe rash, jaundice, unusual bleeding, severe GI symptoms, neurological changes). Report suspected ADRs via national pharmacovigilance channels.
