Secondary glaucoma, defects in visual acuity and visual field, cataract formation after prolonged use, coneal ulceration on prolonged use, coneal perforation in presence of diseases that causes corneal thinning, delay wound healing, development and spreading of bacterial/ viral / bacterial infections.
