Indications
Inflammation and infection of the skin particularly fungal and/or bacterial, contact eczema, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, mycotic eczema, microbial eczema, etc.

Mode of action
Aminoglycoside: irreversibly binds the 30S ribosomal subunit, causing misreading of mRNA and inhibition of protein synthesis — concentration-dependent bactericidal activity, especially against Gram-negative aerobes.
