- Alcohol (Beer, Wine, Spirits) Avoid or limit alcohol consumption while taking Iron (polymaltose complex) 50mg+Vit, B1 1.5mg, B2 1.5mg, B6 2mg, B12 2.5mg, Folic acid 1.5mg/5mL. Alcohol may alter drug metabolism, enhance drowsiness, or exacerbate gastrointestinal irritation.
- Dietary Hydration & Meals Take Iron (polymaltose complex) 50mg+Vit, B1 1.5mg, B2 1.5mg, B6 2mg, B12 2.5mg, Folic acid 1.5mg/5mL with a full glass of water. If gastrointestinal upset occurs, take with or after light meals.
